So what did we learn from the SNL season 38 episode 11 promo teasers featuring Adam Levine and cast member Bobby Moynihan? Well for one thing, definitely expect a spoof of "The Voice," NBC's take on "American Idol" which features Levine as one of three hosts who judge singers based only on their voices without looking at them.
We're also hoping that tonight's new SNL episode will feature the return of Moynihan's classic "Weekend Update" character Drunk Uncle, who was noticeably absent from last week episode.
"Sober uncle would be just as funny and a better message for the kids," jokes Adam Levine.
The SNL promos also jokingly hinted that Adam Levine may permanently join the cast of "Saturday Night Live."
"You were a musical guest earlier in the season and now you're hosting," said Moynihan. "What's next?"
"That's a very firm yes."

Last week saw the return of SNL after a long hiatus for an entertaining but ultimately anti-climactic episode featuring Jennifer Lawrence. While the Hunger Games star delivered plenty of laughs as well as her world famous curves the episode suffered from a lack of any surprise cameos as well as the absence of some of our favorite recurring sketches.
Adam Levine, who isn't really an actor beyond the five minutes of screen-time he had in the second season of "American Horror Story," will likely entertain us with a song in his SNL monologue but after that the show will hopefully fall back on it's established crowd pleasers.
Speaking of "American Horror Story," we really hope the popular miniseries gets the SNL treatment, especially since it's already been spoofed by "Family Guy" and Workaholics."
