Season 4 of the "Walking Dead" doesn't start filming until May...yet Daryl's Norman Reedus still managed to get his hands on a "first look" at the new season.
Following the jaw dropping season 3 finale, Reedus took to Twitter on April 2 to share a "spoiler alert" for season 4:
As you can see, fans can expect T-Dog to appear from the heavens and shoot fiery lasers from his eyes to punish the town of Woodbury...
Reedus MAY have been joking. As we mentioned, filming for season 4 has not even started up yet. "Walking Dead" fans will have to wait a little longer for a real peak at the drama for next season, but casting scoop has already began to leak.
The AMC series is currently looking to cast a character named Roy Stark. In a casting call sent out, Stark is described as in his early 30s to mid-40s and a former army medic. "A bit of a loner, he's deeply haunted by his past (both before and after the crisis)," the casting call reads. "He has a charming, self-deprecating-but-confident public face, despite how troubled he is." And Stark won't just be a character that the camera's pan to every once in a while. The character is set to come on immediately as a series regular.
A couple other "Walking Dead" folks have also been moved up to series regulars for season 4. Tyrese (Chad Coleman), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) , Beth (Emily Kinney) and the Governor (David Morissey) have all been promoted to season 4 series regulars.
"The Walking Dead" will return to AMC in October 2013.
