Square Enix has announced Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX, a new collection of Kingdom Hearts HD remakes, will be coming to the Sony Playstation 3 in 2013.
The rumored Kingdom Hearts HD remake follows a number of other former blockbuster remakes for the Sony Playstation 3, including the 'God of War: Origins' and 'Prince of Persia' collections. 'Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX' will include 'Kingdom Hearts Final Mix' (an HD re-release of a Japanese re-release of the original Kingdom Hearts), an HD 'Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories' remake dubbed 'Kingdom Hearts - RE:Chain of Memories', and an HD remake of the Nintendo DS title 'Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days'. Both Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts RE:Chain of Memories will also have full Trophy support, though 358/2 days is only expected to receive new HD cutscenes. Little else is known about the Kingdom Hearts HD remake collection at this time; though Square Enix did say it will be released next year. Hopefully more information about the Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX will emerge as the 2012 Tokyo Game Show continues.

The Kingdom Hearts series takes place in its own universe that combines a number of Disney characters, stories, and locations with popular figures from a number of Square Enix' titles. The increasingly popular series follows the adventures of Sora, a young male character created specifically for the series, that's in search of his friends. Along the way, he receives help from a number of the Disney's most familiar faces, as well as notable Final Fantasy and 'The World Ends With You' characters.
PC users won't be left out in the cold either, and will be able to get their Kingdom Hearts fix via a new browser-based card-battling game. Square Enix has yet to reveal the project's name, release date, or any other information outside of a planned focus on social gaming.
