It's been two weeks since the first Minecraft Xbox 360 Mash-Up Pack was released, and many Xbox owners are already wondering when they can expect the next round of new content -- specifically, Minecraft Xbox 360 Update 13 and/or new Minecraft Xbox 360 Texture Packs -- to hit Xbox Live.
Relatively little information about the next round of Minecraft Xbox 360 DLC has been released thus far, outside of confirmation that work on both Minecraft Xbox 360 Update 13 and a new batch of Minecraft Xbox 360 Texture Packs is nearing completion, leaving many Minecraft diehards absolutely rabid for new information on the upcoming Minecraft Xbox 360 content. Thankfully, 4J Studios is finally offering a few hints as to what Minecraft Xbox 360 fans can expect next.
Earlier this month, 4J Studios confirmed that Minecraft Xbox 360 Update 13 would serve as the game's latest bug fix patch, mending many of the most common issues that plague the more than 8 million people currently playing Minecraft Xbox 360. While there hasn't been any more information released, on the contents of Minecraft Xbox 360 Update 13, 4J Studios has confirmed that the team is in the final stages of testing the next Minecraft Xbox 360 patch.
Given the average time between submission to the Xbox Live certification team and the average length of time between testing and release, it seems likely that Minecraft Xbox 360 Update 13 won't arrive prior to early October. That said, it wouldn't be impossible for 4J Studios to have work on the latest Minecraft Xbox 360 patch quickly enough for Update 13 to go live before the end of September, but we're certainly not going to hold our breath.
The team remains equally hesitant to release new information about the next round of Minecraft Xbox 360 Texture Packs currently being developed by 4J Studios, offering little more than the occasional half-answer on Twitter. While its known that the next Minecraft Xbox 360 Texture Pack won't be based on any existing IP, outside of claims that it will be "stylish" and include some sort of fish texture, we don't really know what to expect from 4J Studios' follow-up to the Minecraft Xbox 360 Mass Effect Mash-Up Pack.

Is there a bug or other game-breaking issue that you'd like to see 4J Studios fix in Minecraft Xbox 360 Update 13? Have an idea for one of the next Minecraft Xbox 360 Texture Packs? Wish the studio was working on additional Minecraft Xbox 360 Mash-Up Packs instead?
