Holly Sonders will feature on the cover of the May issue of Golf Digest. The magazine will feature 35 pages on how to get fit for golf. Sonders sizzles in a picture spread for the magazine and shows off her all-time bikini ready body.
Along with Sonders, other golfers such as Rickie Fowler, Jason Dufner and Mark Wahlberg will also share their fitness secrets.
Sonders was informed in February that she has been chosen as the cover girl for the May issue. At the time she thought she had some time to get in perfect shape for the shoot, but she was proved wrong. In a blog for The Golf Channel she wrote, "I figured I had weeks to hit the gym before the shoot. Nope. Three days later I was in New York," reported enstarz.com.
On her Twitter account, the 26-year-old hottie expressed her gratitude for being chosen for the cover of Golf Digest. "So honored to be featured on the cover of this month's @GolfDigestMag. Check it out online tmrw April 2 and in print next week- Masters week," she wrote.
Sonders, who is currently a correspondent on the Golf Channel's "Morning Drive," is not just another pretty face. She told Golf Digest that her mother Sandy had her playing golf at the age of six; she has also played golf for Michigan State before starting her career on television.
On Monday, the Golf Digest wrote on their Facebook page, "Who better to be on the cover of our May 'Get Fit' issue than Golf Channel's super-fit Holly Sonders?"
Sonders has not left any stone unturned to make sure that all her fans and everybody involved with the shoot know about how grateful she is. She tweeted yesterday, "Thank you to all my friends and followers for the warm reception you have given my @GolfDigestMag cover shoot. I am so honored @GolfChannel"
