Mark Cuban has challenged Donald Trump to a "Harlem Shake" contest as part of their latest Twitter war.

As the Huffington Post noted, this latest battle started when Trump accused the Dallas Mavericks owner of acting unprofessionally.

"Why does @mcuban continue to embarrass the 31-35 & 11TH place @dallasmavs with childish behavior?" Trump wrote. Really unprofessional!"

Cuban then fired back with a zinger of his own.

"do u really want to keep doing this?" he wrote. "I don't care what you think & you are so easy to pick on..."

The Donald was not deterred however, as he continued to bash Cuban in various replies to Twitter followers. He agreed with one fan who noted that Cuban would "go down in history as a clownish buffoon." Meanwhile, he called out those who tried to defend Cuban, including one who claimed that the Mavericks owner had more money than the real estate mogul.

"Not even close dummy!" Trump replied.

Donald Trump also continued to call out Cuban's first failed attempt at a reality show, "The Benefactor." Per Entertainment Weekly, the series featured the Mavericks owner putting various contestants through a series of challenges, with the winner receiving $1 million of Mark Cuban's own money. However, many saw the show as a ripoff of Trump's hit "The Apprentice," and the series was quickly canceled. "Apprentice," meanwhile, averaged a 2.41 rating last season, per TVbythenumbers.com, more than Cuban's current series, "Shark Tank."

When a Twitter follower named @DonaldChump argued that "Shark Tank" would beat "Apprentice" if the two went head-to-head, Donald Trump challenged that theory.

"Stupid, they tried that with The Benefactor and Mark went splat!" Trump replied.

Finally, Mark Cuban decided that he had had enough. On his way home from Dallas' latest win, a 127-113 victory over the Atlanta Hawks, he challenged Trump to a "Harlem Shake" duel.

"@realDonaldTrump let's settle this like gentleman," he wrote. "I challenge you to a Harlem Shake duel. @ShankTank cast vs Apprentice cast. For charity."

Cuban then took the challenge a step further.

"@realDonaldTrump on that Harlem Shake offer, we can all bring our birth certificates if that helps..." the Mavericks owner added.

This is a reference to Trump's continued insistence that President Barack Obama is not from the United States. Trump has repeatedly asked Obama to release his personal records to the public, even offering to donate $5 million to charity if the president did so. Per TMZ, Cuban then replied that he would donate $1 million to a charity of Trump's choice if the mogul shaved his famous hair.

Donald Trump has not yet replied to this offer. As of Tuesday morning, however, he was continuing to barrage Cuban in his tweets.

"@mcuban is so short off the tee he can't have much of a punch," Trump wrote. "He's just a weak man with a big mouth."

However, based on his latest tweet, it looks like this Twitter war may finally be coming to an end.

"@realDonaldTrump why are you wasting your time with Cuban?" asked @geeopee.

"You are right!" replied Trump.

These two have been going at in on Twitter and in the media for several months. Last week, for instance, Cuban appeared on "The Tonight Show" and read a letter he received from the mogul back in 2004. The note once again called out Cuban for his attempts to beat Trump at the reality show game.

"I'm truly sorry to hear that your show has been cancelled for lack of ratings," it read, per Daily Mail. "When I initially called you to congratulate you on 'The Benefactor' -- little did you or I realize how disastrous and embarrassing it would turn out for you."
