There is no denial that the best part of any award ceremony is the red carpet arrivals. This year, the 2013 People's Choice Awards was as glamorous as any high decibel event.

The categories at the awards function ranged from music to television, and celebrities who turned up in the best outfits, dazzled with stylish embellishments. Celebrities were seen wearing dresses ranging from high fashion to casual and from soft to bright colors with various shades of pink.

Kaley Cuoco, the host for the show, was undoubtedly the best dressed for the evening as she wore a "confection of pink," as observed by celebrity fashion critic Tim Gunn. The actress' quirky personality was well complimented by her glamorous look.

Taylor Swift, who won the first award of the night for "Favorite Country Artist," wore a low-cut white dress with stylish earrings. On the other hand, Chloe Moretz, the "Carrie" star, stunned everyone with her lime green lace dress and she won an award for "That's What Makes You Beautiful." In a playful mood, she joked with reporters about missing a chance to meet her favorite band, "The Wanted".

Lea Michele became a head turner as she stepped out on the red carpet donning a short bright pink dress. Her hair was pulled back and her delicate earrings seemed to be perfect accessories to match her dress. "The Newsroom's" Olivia Munn looked chic in a black and white ensemble.
