Brandi Glanville Tumor: ‘RHOBH’ Star To Undergo Surgery To Remove Breast Tumor
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville has revealed that she will be going under the knife to remove a breast tumor. The 40-year-old told In Touch magazine that doctors have found a lump on her breast that needs to be surgically removed.
Glanville was feeling unwell for several months and doctors blamed the growth on her breast for it. "I am having surgery this week and am relieved it's going to be over with," Brandi told the magazine.
Glanville feared that the tumor might be cancerous, but fortunately the tests have revealed that it is not. She said, "It's a blessing the tumor is non-cancerous."
Further, she informed that she is lucky to have friends who will be helping her through her recovery period. She said, "I'm anxious about the recovery but have great friends who will be playing nurse."
She also said that her two young sons, 9-year-old Mason and 5-year-old Jake will be helping her after the surgery. She is eager to get done with the surgery. "I'm ready to get it over with and feel better," she said.
One of Glanville's representatives confirmed the news of her surgery to Access Hollywood.
The news of Glanville's breast surgery comes after the recently concluded social network feud with the wife of her ex-husband, LeAnn Rimes. Glanville, her former husband Eddie Cibrian and his current wife, LeAnn Rimes, were engaged in a infamous argument after Glanville revealed on Twitter that one of her sons fell severely ill after having one of Rimes' "unstable" laxatives.
Further, Glanville publicly accused Rimes saying that she is a bad influence on her children and that she suffers from eating disorders, Daily Mail has reported.
In response, Eddie Cibrian made an e-mail addressed to Glanville public in which he chides her narcissistic and selfish approach to life.
In the mail, Eddie writes: "You should be so lucky to one day find someone who will love and respect Mason and Jake as she (Rimes) does. Although, I really don't know how anyone can put up with your constant b******t. No wonder you have lost so many 'close' friends. Grow up already and for once, PUT THE KIDS FIRST!"
Cibrian left Glanville in 2009 after he met Rimes on the sets of their movie, "Northern Lights".
